JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-09-2022 This writ application has been filed 10 years after the alleged custodial death of the brother of petitioner no. 2. Petitioner no. 1 has already died during pendency of this application, therefore the sole surviving petitioner is the petitioner no. 2.

After 10 years of the alleged custodial death, this Court sitting in it's writ jurisdiction is not inclined to proceed. This application is dismissed.
