It is submitted by the parties that in paragraph no. 11 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 3 and 4, specific statement has been made that the Education Department has taken the decision for payment of deducted amount of Dearness Allowance of the Sanskrit School teachers
Patna High Court CWJC No.19237 of 2012(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 vide Letter No. 473 dated 26.06.2015 and, accordingly, the direction has also been issued to all the District Education Officer for payment of the amount deducted on account of Dearness Allowance after verification of their claim.
3. Considering the aforesaid admitted position, the concerned respondent/s must take immediate step to make payment of the deducted amount of Dearness Allowance in accordance with law to the petitioners forthwith in case the petitioner file a claim petition before him.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
