The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.370 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 308, 379, 504/34 Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence for throwing the rubbish in front of the shop of the informant, an altercation took place. It is further alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head causing bleeding injury. It is further alleged that one Ankaj Kumar snatched golden chain from the mother of the informant. It has been submitted that there is case and counter case and the altercation had taken place for throwing the rubbish.

In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed and it is directed that in the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.370 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
