JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 After some arguments Mr. Shekhar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his application for rectification of the Accounts Examination result dated 2.12.2009 is pending before the Secretary, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna (respondent no.2). He submits that the petitioner would be pursuing the matter before the Secretary, Revenue Board, Bihar, Patna as his due benefits of Assured Career Progression (ACP) can be made available to him only after rectification of result for which application has already been filed.

In view of the limited submission, the writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.1560 of 2016(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 disposed of.

Petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his application before respondent no.2 by making a reminder in respect of his pending representation dated 2.12.2009 within a period of four weeks. In the event such application is made, it is expected that the authorities would take a final decision in the matter expeditiously so that the petitioner may get due benefits in accordance with law.
