2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 354(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head and hand of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
