1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "I. For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 01.10.2021 passed by the District Programme Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram vide its memo No. 1044 as the service of this petitioner as an Anganwari Sevika since 2006 has been terminated without following the principle of natural justice when no notice was served asking any show cause from her. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
