In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 186 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 328, 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the present case, allegation has been made that the daughter of the informant was married to one Gopal Singh. There is an allegation that the victim has been killed by administrative poison. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
