JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2019 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent University to grant affiliation to the M.Ed. Course to be conducted by the petitioner college for the Session 2019-20. The learned counsel for the University submits that the petitioner college has already been granted affiliation for the Session 2019-20 as far as conducting the M.Ed. course is concerned.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the moment no further grievance subsists, hence the present writ petition is disposed off as not pressed.
