Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is wife of the deceased employee, namely, late Ram Bahadur Yadav, Lance Nayak in the Border Security Force seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file a detailed representation for redressal of her grievance before the Commandant, Border Security Force, Administrative, Directorate, Union of India, Ministry of Home, New Delhi.
3. Considering the aforesaid specific submission made on behalf of petitioner, the petitioner, if so desired/advised,
Patna High Court CWJC No.20658 of 2012(3) dt.24-06-2024 2/2 may file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority, who is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing considering that petitioner is widow of deceased employee and make payments of admissible dues within a further period of six weeks.
4. The writ petition is disposed of.
