JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner got appointed on the post of ANM by Civil Surgeon-cum-Secretary, District Health Committee on the basis of forged registration certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the
