ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 The petitioner seeks transfer of Compliant Case No. 2321 of 2010, Tr. No. 1277 of 2015 from the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur to the District Court, Motihari.

It appears that there are two cases already pending before the Family Court at Muzaffarpur one of maintenance and other is divorce suit. The present case is also at Muzaffarpur which the petitioner seeks transfer to Motihari. Since there are two other cases already pending in Muzaffarpur I am not inclined to do so.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2109 of 2016 (3) dt.22-04-2016 Hence the application is disposed off with direction to the Court below to conclude the trial expeditiously within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He shall ensure that on the date of appearance of the complainant for her examination no adjournment be given to any party for any reason whatsoever and she is definitely examined to prevent harassment to her.

Also the Family Court, Muzaffapur shall also conclude both the proceedings positively, within a period of four months without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party. The application is disposed off with the above direction. (Anjana Prakash, J) Prakash/- U T
