As prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ratan Kumar Kumar, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 2, the Registrar of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga.
