The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 272 of 2011 (Special Case No. 53 of 2012) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3(1) (x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Petitioner is sole assailant of the victim.
The report of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna dated 02.03.2015 reflects that all the five independent witnesses have been produced before the learned trail court. The report does not reflect that evidence has been recorded or not and efforts have been taken for production of I.O. and the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31401 of 2014 (05) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 doctor.
Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
Let the learned trial court conclude the trial expeditiously.
