The petitioner, Amod Sah, seeks regular bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, Bachhi Devi named the petitioner alongwith other accused persons and alleged that Amod Sah, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34316 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2014 2/2 petitioner assaulted with Farsa on her head and the second blow hit on her chest.

There is counter version bearing Chhauradano P.S. Case NO. 13 of 2014, the present occurrence took place on 27.02.2014 but the First Information Report was lodged on 02.03.2014. There is no explanation for this delay. The injuries found on the person, are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Raxual at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chauradano P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014.
