The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 353, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners obstructed the informant and other police officials from discharging their official duties when they went to get rid of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71668 of 2021(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 encroachment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners were not apprehended from the spot.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No. 353 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
