This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No.203 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that recovery is alleged to be of 17 bottles of foreign liquor from three persons, out of them one co-accused has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court, vide order dated 05.12.2016 passed in Cri. Misc. No.51614 of 2016.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact one

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.383 of 2017 (2) dt.16-01-2017 co-accused, having similar allegation, has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble court, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No.203 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
