JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be representing before respondent no.2. From the averments made in the writ petition, it is apparent that pursuant to advertisement nos. 2/2011 dated 14.9.2011, 1/2013 dated 10.4.2013 made for appointment to the post of sweeper, petitioner's claim has not been considered. He submits that others have been appointed in the process ignoring his claim though he has been working since 1986.

As per petitioner's own case process of selection is complete. Others who have been appointed have not been impleaded as parties in the instant writ petition. Petitioner's claim cannot be considered and allowed without impleading the aforesaid persons who are said to have been appointed. Writ petition suffers from non-joinder of proper and necessary parties. The writ petition is therefore dismissed.
