JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 92 of 2015 (Special Case No. 39 of 2015) registered under Section 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The accusation against the petitioner is that he being a Circle Nazir posted at block Sikta was apprehended taking bribe of Rs. 5000/- from the complainant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Vigilance North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Vigilance Case No. 92 of 2015 (Special Case No. 39 of 2015).
