Mr.Ajay Mishra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC.

Petitioner is said to have submitted forged and fabricated T.E.T. certificate for her appointment in the year 2019-20.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. Documents submitted by her were genuine. It is submitted that the allegation is that petitioner has applied for the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate but

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63218 of 2022(3) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 she was not selected on the said post. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No.230 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
