JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33321 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, m323, 342, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the petitioners came at the door of the informant and started abusing her and on protest all the petitioners confined her in a room and assaulted her husband and dragged pushed him into well due to which he died. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the husband of the informant jumped into the well and on conclusion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted under section 306 I.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Srivastava, J.M. Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 98 of 2013. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) M.Rahman/- U T
