A supplementary show cause was filed in the present case to demonstrate that the admissible dues has been paid to the petitioner in compliance of the order passed on the writ petition. The statement made in the show cause has not been contested by the petitioner by filing any rejoinder thereto.

In the circumstances, no case is made out to continue with the contempt proceeding which is accordingly disposed of. It goes without saying that in case there is any dues which is yet to be paid to the petitioner, he would be at liberty to raise the same before the authority concerned and who shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law by a speaking order preferably within a period 8 weeks of its filing.
