2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 81 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from the Maruti Suzuki Dezire Car of the petitioner

4. Considering the huge amount of recovery and the fact that the petitioner is the owner of the Maruti Suzuki Dezire Car, the prayer of anticipatory bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
