In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the University to take final steps for consideration of the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion and grant promotion to the petitioner in case he is found fit otherwise.

The entire exercise in this regard be completed within

Patna High Court CWJC No.942 of 2016 (5) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 a period of four weeks from today.
