JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-11-2019 The simple prayer of the petitioner in the present case is for removal of encroachment made over the public land. This Court is of the view that in case, the petitioner is seeking removal of encroachment from the public land, he is required to approach the concerned Circle Officer under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Sasaram (Muffasil), Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his grievances.

Patna High Court CWJC No. 24968 of 2018(2) dt.07-11-2019 2/2 Liberty so sought, is granted. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
