Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the petitioner took the certificate of educational qualification of the informant for managing her appointment as Anganwari Sevika. However, the petitioner used those documents for getting the loan from the Bank, which was sanctioned in the name of informant. During investigation, no material was collected, as to whether the petitioner had signed the loan paper impersonating himself as informant Nutan Kumari or in fact Nutan Kumari had obtained the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55901 of 2017 (5) dt.17-01-2018 loan. The investigation is closed now and the petitioner is in custody since 01.08.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Alamnagar Police Station Case No.104 of 2017 corresponding to G.R.No.567 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
