2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 399/402/307/353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/27/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., on a secret information that criminals have assembled in the orchard situated behind Baba Hansnath Temple, a raid was conducted and after seeing the police, they tried to flee away. Five criminals were arrested on the spot and some manged to escape. The arrested accused persons disclosed the name of this petitioner including others who allegedly fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further

No.62188 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 submits that save and except the disclosure made by the apprehended five co-accused persons, no evidence has been collected to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime. He further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. He further submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly dismissed.
