The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

758 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from from Raghopur Diyara near river Ganga.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
