It appears that the petitioner has already paid Rs. 80,000/- to Opposite Party No. 2. It appears from the order dated 20.04.2016 that the petitioner was directed to pay Rs. 1,20,000/- to the Opposite Party No. 2 through demand draft by 18th of May, 2016 but till date the petitioner has not make payment of Rs. 1,20,000/-. The petitioner filed a demand draft of Rs. 30,000/- and he is ready to pay the entire amount i.e. Rs. 90,000/- within three months from today.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that provisional bail granted to the petitioner above named in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 159 of 2013 is confirmed and if the petitioner fails to handover the draft of Rs. 90,000/- to the Opposite Party No. 2

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48838 of 2013 (9) dt.21-07-2016 2/2 within a period of three months from today, the court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
