Mr. Sanjay Pandey- Gp21 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2018 The short issue for consideration in the present case is as to whether the petitioner has deposited the balance outstanding amount of Rs. 1,11,469.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited the said sum of Rs. 1.11 lacs approximately, hence, the authorities be directed to refund the amount sought to be deducted from the pensionary benefit/ gratuity payable to the petitioner herein.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1745 of 2016(5) dt.11-09-2018 2/2 In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent no. 6 and 12 respectively and show proof of deposit of the aforesaid sum of Rs. 1.11 lacs approximately and in case it is found that the petitioner has deposited the said sum, the amount deducted from the pensionary benefit shall be refunded to the petitioner. The said exercise should be completed within a period of six weeks of the petitioner's submitting his representation. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
