The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 193/199/200/ 465/ 466 / 468/471/474/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2017 on the allegation that he forged some documents to procure bail from the High Court.

Submission is that charges have already been framed in the trial.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
