2. In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "i. For issuance of direction to the respondent's authorities to complete the demarcation of the land of the petitioner and ensure her possession for which the notice was issued vide Memo No. 1881 dated 26.10.2022 but the Circle Officer, Madhwapur in connivance with

3. The matter relates to 1 Katha 14 Dhur of land situated in village Basuki Bihari, Madhwapur, Tauji No. 2448, Thana No.61 bearing Khata No. 471, Plot No. 2900(old), 11541 (new) and 11542 (new).

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no. 6/ the Circle Officer, Madhwapur, Madhubani to complete the demarcation of the land of the petitioner and ensure her possession of the same.

5. The State though has not filed counter affidavit in the matter but, has not objected to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.6/the Circle Officer, Madhwapur, Madhubani to complete the demarcation of the land of the petitioner in view of Memo No. 1881 dated 26.10.2022 in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned within a period of three months from the

7. The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
