Petitioners have filed this writ petition for issuance of direction to concerned respondents to make equal payment to all owners for the same quality of land acquired for the same purpose but in course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that this petition may be disposed of in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6288 of 2016 (2) dt.18-07-2017 2/2 light of order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18649 of 2015 and analogous cases.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands disposed of giving direction to the respondent no. 7 (concerned respondent) to dispose of representation of the petitioners within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
