The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under the provision of Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 19.12.2020. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released
