The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khaira (Nagara) P.S. Case No. 244 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with Talwar on the head of the informant and he received cut injury on his head during the immersion procession of Durga Idol. Petitioner has enclosed the injury report in which injury suffered by informant is said to be of simple nature. It has further been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2017. Except this case, one more FIR was registered by the police, there is no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Xth, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Khaira (Nagara) P.S. Case No. 244 of 2017.
