Case No. 64 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 379, 509, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and all other consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid F.I.R., pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, are hereby quashed
