2. This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 15.07.2023 passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 354, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 ( r ) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3 . As per the prosecution case, when informant came to know that his sister and one Sunny Kumar wanted to marry
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.4156 of 2023(6) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 each other, then informant went to the house of Sunny Kumar, where these appellants assaulted him with lathi and iron rod and also abused him by caste name . It is further alleged that the reason behind this incident is that these appellants do not want to marry Sunny Kumar to the sister of the informant due to caste differences.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
