JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 23-03-2015 The petitioner approached this Court by way of this public interest litigation alleging that though respondents 7 and 8 have encroached the public Rasta, the State authorities and the Revenue Department did not take any step.

On behalf of the respondents 4 and 5, a counter affidavit is filed admitting that not only the respondents 7 and 8, but

A supplementary affidavit is also filed on 17.03.2015 stating that all the encroachments, including those made by the respondents 7 and 8 and the petitioner have been removed. The report in relation thereto is filed as Annexure-I.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we close the writ petition.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
