JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that due to some land dispute, the accused persons assaulted the informant and his brother-in-law and another family members. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted Ravi Kumar, brother-in-law of the informant.
It is submitted that both sides are agnates and only injury alleged to be sustained by Ravi Kumar is simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.526 of 2017 (3) dt.10-02-2017 2/2 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Laljee Rai be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IIIrd, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.65 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
