The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 302C/2013 registered under Sections 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Pradeep Paswan, the complainant, alleged that Bipin Singh, who by impersonating himself to be Surendra Singh, executed sale deeds to different persons in the name of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner identified Surendra Singh in the sale deed. It is submitted that the petitioner also purchased land from Bipin Singh in the name of his wife. He was knowing him as Surendra Singh. It appears that the dispute is of civil nature.
