In terms of the award which has attained finality in the order of the Writ Court the petitioner has been paid. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid interest and post-retirement benefits. Considering the order of the Writ Court and the award, the Court does not find any justification to pass any order. The present proceeding is terminated.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance with regard to interest or other issue as to non-payment of postretirement dues.
