The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.791 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the recovery of huge quantity of wine from the joint house of the petitioner and his father, as also the provision of Section 76(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected.
