Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some wages are due to them on account of service rendered by them as Pashu Chikitsa Dut in the office of The District, Animal Husbandry officer, Vaishali at Hazipur (respondent no.4). The aforesaid position is being disputed by the State counsel.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to file a representation before respondent no.3 with the details of their claim.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13992 of 2014(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 claim made by the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.
