In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 150 of 2010, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, altogether 78 persons have been made accused, but from the record it appears that the petitioners have returned extra amount to the Government and for that "No Dues Certificates" have been issued to the petitioners, which is apparent from Annexure-2 and 3.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.286 of 2019(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case no.150 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
