The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered and the petitioner was apprehended at the spot.

Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and liquor was not of the petitioner nor the place of recovery is of the petitioner.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57523 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No.462 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
