The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 337, 338, 332, 333, 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusations are of making assault and obstructing the informant and other police personnel to discharge their official duties.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that is general and omnibus allegation against

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.303 of 2022(2) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 the petitioners. The petitioners were not apprehended from the spot. The injuries of the informant have been found to be simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
