JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No.324 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that while the accused persons were taking tractor through the field of the informant, he objected it upon this, all the accused persons abused and assaulted by lathi, danda and iron rod to the informant and other family members. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between both sides and there is no specific allegation against this petitioner, rather there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and other similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57724 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide orders dated 08.04.2017, 16.05.2017, 12.04.2017, 13.06.2017 and 08.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 16129 of 2017, 16826 of 2017, 17851 of 2017, 24250 of 2017 and 25477 of 2017 respectively. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Saroj Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XI, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2016.
