====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tarabari P.S.Case No. 08 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 354B, 376, 504, 506 and 511 read with 34 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of outraging the modesty of the informant is only against Saban Paswan and not against the petitioner and petitioner is only alleged to have with others assaulted after the occurrence to the informant's side but the injury is simple in nature. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41359 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 bail.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Karamchand Paswan, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Spl. Judge (POCSO), Araria in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018.
