Mr. Yogendra Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 63 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/201B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's daughter was married with the petitioner's son 12 years back and had three children out of their wedlock, but on account of second marriage, husband of the deceased used to torture and assault and threatened her to kill and finally it is alleged that she was killed and dead body was disposed of.

Submission is that marriage was solemnised 12-13 years back with the petitioner's son and petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and an old person and specific accusation is that deceased's husband used to assault and threaten her on account

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46590 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 of protest made by her for second marriage and husband is in custody.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the specific accusation against the husband so petitioner, father-in-law, namely, Ahmad Miya @ Ahmad Ali, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018.
