2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 307, 427, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No.159 of 2024.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant and the informant alleges that she was married to Aditya in 2021, further after marriage her husband and the

No.64601 of 2024(2) dt.17-10-2024 2/3 accused persons use to torture her by casting aspersion on her colour, further on 30.06.2024, her sister-in-law, Raushani assaulted her 1 1⁄2 years daughter on face, on account of which she fell and became injured, further on the same day her parent along with her three brothers and nephew came to pacify the issue, when the accused persons assaulted them causing injury to her father and brother on head and even damage the vehicle by which they had come.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners being sister-in-laws (Gotani) and brother-in-laws (Bhaisur) came to be implicated in the instant case by the informant in order to coerce Aditya into submission. It is also submitted that Aditya was taken in custody but he has been released on bail by the learned District court. It is also submitted that the parties on intervention of well-wishers have compromised the case. It is next submitted that in order to give serious colour to the case it has been alleged that one and a half year daughter of the informant was assaulted when she has not suffered any injury.
5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64601 of 2024(2) dt.17-10-2024 3/3 counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Ist, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No.159 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
