2. The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.08.2010 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 01 of 2008, G.R. No. 21 of 2008 by which the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance of offences under Sections 409,419,420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the stage of the case and also that a prima facie case has been found against the petitioner having regard to the accusations in the First Information Report and the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. The petitioner will be at liberty to
